[PHP-INSTALL] mail() and qmail

I have a linux box that is setup with qmail and I'm not having any
luck getting messages sent via the mail() function. I'm not receiving
any errors but it doesn't look like php is calling qmail because
nothing is showing up in the logs.

I linked qmail's sendmail wrapper to /usr/bin/sendmail, so I shouldn't
have to change anything there.
